Mission
To share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years and Help others reach their personal goals. My aim is not only to sustain fitness and health, but also to build self-confidence through goal-setting and achievement.
Rashod’s Story
Growing up, Rashod didn’t have many people to guide him or push him to be a better athlete, citizen, or person. Through sports, he found mentors who embodied those qualities and held him to a higher standard. The impact these individuals had on his life motivated him to strive for greatness — so that one day he could be in a position to give back to young people and adults who share a similar story.
Through sport and fitness, he built meaningful relationships, developed confidence, and was mentally prepared for the road ahead — ultimately discovering the powerful connection between mind and body.
His expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including field and footwork training, film analysis, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and physical therapy.
